We offer layaway of in stock items for a period of 6 months. Items on layaway must be paid for by the end of the 6 months or incur a storage fee of $15 per each additional month. Layaways that are cancelled will have all deposits refunded less a $25 processing fee.
Delivery & Shipping
In-House delivery can be arranged for any local location; please ask the sales staff for more information. Shipping will be available in the future.
Most items purchased at Natural Furniture are returnable for a refund so long as:
The item was in stock at the time of purchase.
You have your sales receipt.
The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.
No more than 10 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.
The following are non-refundable:
Modified pieces (such as adding locks, cutting shelves or drilling holes).
"Red Tag" or clearance items.
Delivery or setup charges.
Please note that if an item was purchased by cash or check, a refund check will be issued. All returns are subject to management approval. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us online or call our store. Any custom service or modifying including custom staining and blending must be paid in full before service will be completed.
