Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment must be received in full for all merchandise, services, and any miscellaneous charges before items are available for pickup. The price and availability of all merchandise are subject to change.

 

Returns and Refunds

 Returns are accepted within five (5) days of delivery or pickup date. If your piece is damaged or missing parts, please contact us at customer.nfpdx@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and pictures if applicable. We will do our best to find a solution, whether it be a credit, sending a replacement piece or part, or arranging for a return.

Natural Furniture carries many products which are manufactured with all-natural and sustainable resources. It is important to note that wood, glass, fabrics, and other natural materials may have indentations, slight cracks, and variations in color and tone that are part of the natural beauty of each piece and are not considered flaws or damage. Blemishes and imperfections are non-structural and are to be expected as they are part of the natural appeal of the product. Natural imperfections do not warrant customer damage claims, cancellations, or refunds.

Returned items must be in saleable condition unless given authorization by us to return otherwise. Items are not returnable if they are in unsaleable condition, are missing parts, and/or damaged. We do not take returns on custom-finished or clearance items.

All returns, unless stated otherwise will be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion, and this fee will be clearly stated with any return request and varies depending on the item(s).

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

 

Custom-Finish Orders

Custom-finished orders cannot be canceled. All monies collected for purchase are non-refundable. Approval of all measurements and finish choices is solely the responsibility of the client and must be approved before placement of the order. Natural Furniture will notify you when your items are available for pickup. Any outstanding balances must be collected before scheduling delivery or pick up. ETA given is only a good faith estimate and Natural Furniture shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause a delay in custom finishing.

 

Pick-up Policy

Merchandise pick-ups can be made at our store. The customer is responsible for bringing an appropriate-sized vehicle and adequate help to self-load all items. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring any additional packaging (blankets, pads, rope, etc.) at the time of pick up.

 

Storage, Abandonment, & Collections

We hold items for 30 days after purchase at our store. Natural Furniture does not maintain warehouse space adequate to store customers’ items beyond thirty (30) days. After 30 days all items which have not been picked up or scheduled for delivery will incur a storage fee of $50/month. Merchandise not picked up, scheduled for delivery, or approved for paid storage within 45 days of notification will be considered abandoned. In addition to any other remedy, Natural Furniture shall be entitled to liquidate the merchandise, retain all deposits, and apply such proceeds to the unpaid invoiced balances. The purchaser is liable for any collection and legal fees incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices and any storage or related fees.
